Increase Torrent Download Speed upto 500% Using Seeds and Peers

Many times while downloading a game or software from Torrent we see two keywords namely “Peers” and “Seeds”.
Seeds and Peers
in a torrent

Have you ever wondered what does each of them mean???

I also had some misconceptions regarding Peers and Seeds and what does they mean...

But now as I am clear, I will also try to help you out.

Peers and Seeds are Something that refer to Torrent Download Speed:

In fact seeds and peers in a torrent determine the maximum speed at which you can download a particular torrent.

So, if you choose a “High Seeding” torrent, you can easily download your torrent within no time, provided that your internet speed is just fine enough.

I will try to explain the difference between Seeds and Peers in the information table below:

Seeds:
Peers:
  • Seeds are the number of people who have 100% of the torrent...peers can be the total number of people connected to that torrent, regardless of how much they have.
  • Where as Peers are those people who are still downloading the torrent and also uploading it.

So always choose a high Seeding and High Peering torrent while selecting it if you want to download at higher speeds.

How to Check Number of Seeds and Peers in a Torrent???

See the following image:

Find the number of Seeds and Peers before selecting a torrent to download

The number in green is the peers and the number in blue is the seeds. Seeds and Peers determine the activeness of a torrent.

So, the downloading speed you get for a particular torrent is all that you can easily control. Just be a bit wise choosing which torrent to download and your torrent download speed will boost upto 500%.

So happy "torrenting".

Have you ever faced any problems in downloading a torrent that contained low seeds/peers...?

Disclaimer: Torrents are sometimes used for piracy or illegal file sharing. We strongly degrade this and prohibit you to use information found on TechnoDoze.com for any software/book or any other type of copyright violation or piracy. If any person does it, he himself will be responsible for it.

Save Your Social Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, Yahoo) From Being Hacked

Starting with the name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful.

Today I am going to tell you how to save your Social Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, G-mail, Yahoo etc.) from being hacked..!!

But before that let me tell you that no one can hack your account unless and until you help them !! Yes, you help them to hack your account. So i am going to write few very important steps and precautions for saving your account.

Important Precautions to Save Your Social Account from Being Hacked:

1. Guys, First of all, there are "NO HACKING SOFTWARES" which can hack any account with just one click. Do not try to explore and ho for such software. The "HACKERS" just try to send a Key loggers or RATs, and you may be screwed easily.

2. Always check the URL of the social website you are logging in. e.g for Facebook, it should be www.facebook.com . If you see something else in your address bar,e.g www.facebook.net.tk e.t.c then it means someone is trying to hack you via "Phishing". So watch it.

3. Choose a strong Password, containing letters, numbers and special symbols. So it will become difficult for anyone to crack..!! Do not use mobile numbers, roll numbers or your closest person name. Because they are easy to guess and you might be screwed up easily.

4. Hide your Email Address.

5. Provide all necessary details, e.g Cell Number, Date of Birth, Secret Questions. Hide them all and remember them. It will help you to retrieve your account if someone tries to hack you.

6. Do not add unknown peoples on social accounts e.g. Facebook, Skype e.t.c.

7.. At last, avoid clicking the suspicious links. Do not help anyone to play with you.

Stay Safe and Enjoy using Internet. Stay Blessed. :)

How to Enable SD Card Storage on an Android Phone

Well, most of the people today are android users and they usually complain about the internal storage limitations because most of the apps on android, stores apps in internal storage.
Credits: phonebuff

So, I am going to tell you a process from which you can actually turn on SD card Storage to almost any app so that you can move them. This technique needs Android v2.2 (Froyo) or above. One thing, make it clear that I am not rooting the phone. It’s actually the

official feature of Android but phone manufacturers Block it so that we get frustrated from the internal memory overflow and we actually tended to buy new phones.

Steps to Enable SD Card Storage on an Android Phone:

Well not any more, It’s an easy 3 step process.

1.Enable USB Debugging:

First, you’ll need to enable USB debugging on your Android device. Open the Settings screen, tap Applications, and select Development.

Tap the USB Debugging checkbox to enable it. This will enable debug mode, allowing you to change the settings on your Android device from your computer. You may want to disable debug mode after completing this process.

2. Install Android SDK:

USB Debugging

Now, You need to download Android SDK Manager From the given link: http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

It’s Plug and Play software, you just need to unzip the folder in any of your drive and you can run it.

One more thing, If you don’t already have Oracle’s Java JDK installed on your computer, you’ll have to download and install it before launching the Android SDK.

The Android SDK provides you the API libraries and developer tools necessary to build, test, and debug apps for Android.

Now, Open the SDK Manager application. You’ll Need to install the ADB Utility as it is not installed by default. It’s included in the Android SDK Platform-tools package – select this package and click the Install button to download and install it. In my case it is installed but you’ll need to install it.

After the process completes, connect your Android device to your computer with its included USB cable. Windows should locate the device and install the appropriate drivers automatically. If it doesn’t, you may have to download and install the appropriate drivers from your Android device’s manufacturer. Do not mount the device after connecting it – just plug it in.

3. Using ADB:

Open a Windows Explorer window and navigate to the sdk\platform-tools folder. On Windows, you’ll find this folder at X:\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20130219\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20130219\sdk\platform-tools.

Where X is any drive where you unzip the Folder.

Launch a Command Prompt window in this folder by pressing and holding the Shift button, right-clicking in the folder, and selecting Open command window here.

Run the adb devices command and you should see your connected Android device.

Run the following command to set the default install location to your SD card:
adb shell pm setInstallLocation 2

Be careful about the spelling and lowercase and uppercase letters. Write it as it is written above, a single mistake will not run the command.
If you want to revert this change later and install apps to the internal storage by default, run this command:
adb shell pm setInstallLocation 0

0 and 1 represents your device’s internal storage, and is the default. 2 represent the external storage, whether it’s an SD card or USB storage.
Apps that refused to leave your system storage can now be moved to the external storage
.
Final Look

I Hope you understand everything as I explained. Anything you want to ask you can ask me freely.  Enjoy .. :D

Amazing Tips to get killer Blog Post Ideas

Many bloggers face a lot of difficulties in getting good enough blog post ideas to make them rule the Blogging-World. Even though they do have got enough time for blogging but simply do not have the well-enough ideas for writing Killer Blog posts.

I faced the same difficulty when I was on Summer Vacations. I had got a lot of time, but not any sort of ideas / topics to write on.

:'( was what I used to do. (Though not literally)

But after I took a lecture from an English composition skill teacher regarding Mind-Mapping and Brain Storming, my problem was at once solved.

So I decided to write this article for my fellow bloggers to understand to what I learned.

What is Mind-Mapping??

I define Mind-Mapping as:

Creating a "Map" of all the scattered Post Ideas regarding your blog and then arranging them to get some Killer Post Ideas.

So, during mind-mapping, keep these points under consideration:
  • Always create Mind-Map on paper.
  • The pattern of creating the Mind Map should be similar to the flow sheet diagram.
  • Its better to draw a central circle and emerge out from it, the sub-circles to get various ideas.
  • The sample Mind Map is given in the image below:
Structure of a Mind Map

How can it Help??

By using this technique, you can easily get a lot of ideas in the organized form and easily 20-40 post titles are acquired in 20 minutes.

So you can more and more easily get Blog Post Ideas from "Nowhere".

Brain Storming:

The word "Brain Storming" itself describes its meaning. It is to flow out a storm of ideas from your brain and copy them all on the piece of paper.

The basic difference between Brain Storming and Mind Mapping is that Mind Mapping is the limited and has relevance with the main topic, but Brain Storming is simply a storm of different ideas coming in your mind.
  • Start by selecting a main heading for your Storming.
  • Start to write any this coming to your mind regarding that Heading.
  • Keep writing for 20-30 minutes,
  • The basic rule is, "Simply Keep Writing, do not stop or look back until you complete the storming."
  • Storming once a 3 months period can give you enough blog post titles for 3 months.
  • So this is an extremely beneficial approach in blogging.
A Sample Brain Storm:

Basic Heading / Core Topic: Technology

Brain Storm:
  • Gadgets
  • Reviews of some popular gadgets
  • Some amazing sofwares
  • Best video editing software
  • 3g and 4g technologies
  • How to edit your audio easily
  • Role of AI in Modern Technology
  • Some Mysteries (Reviews)
  • Mobile Technology
  • Fast Communication
  • Sound Systems
  • LED Digital display
  • Wikipedia in exams
  • Use of Wifi in University Exams
  • Wireless objects transfer
  • Solar Lights, Fans, Mobile Chargers
  • Specs of a most modern Core i7 system
  • What is Quad-Core technology?
  • Difference between Single core, dual core and quad core processors
  • What is processor multi threading?
  • CDs have started to vanish due to vast use of Internet.
You can see that I have generated more or less 30-50 blog post ideas in 10 minutes easily.

So, now, you must have recognized the power of Brain Storming in Blog Post Idea Generation.
